Outside Lot 15
Julian has been hard at work and the landscaping of the road reserve is well underway at Farm Hill. Some large trees will be planted in the cooler months; but at the moment we are mulching all the beds and planting ground cover. This will greatly improve the look of the subdivision. “For Sale” signs have now been installed on each Lot. The large Power Pole is soon to be removed when the underground power will be switched on. There’s so much activity at Farm Hill right now, and lots of “drive-by” visitors are taking advantage of being able to enjoy the views from an angle that they have never seen before.
